From its effective date, this versioned section governs membership cancellation and rejoining and supersedes any conflicting cancellation-fee or reactivation-fee language elsewhere on this page.

Memberships have a 2-month minimum commitment. Once the commitment is complete, a member may request cancellation through the member dashboard. Member benefits remain available through the end of the paid billing period shown for the subscription, after which member pricing and promotional or locked-in rates are forfeited.

A former member may request to rejoin after the 30-day cooldown, subject to eligibility. Rejoining is offered at the recurring membership rate available at that time and includes a one-time $300 CAD reactivation fee. The reactivation fee is charged only if and when the former member re-enrolls; it is not charged merely for submitting a cancellation.

Before a cancellation is submitted, the member must expressly acknowledge this rejoining policy. The fee, recurring rate, and amount due are presented again before a rejoining payment is submitted.
